We believe that the future of Philippine industry is shaped in the classroom — which is why IE VOLVE actively partners with academic institutions to give students a real edge before they enter the workforce.
We have served as an Industry Adviser for LPU Davao, helping bridge the gap between learning and industry practice by sharing real-world perspectives with students and faculty.
We have also partnered with Mindanao Malayan Colleges (Mapúa) to support their On-the-Job Training (OJT) program — giving students meaningful exposure to industrial engineering consulting work as they prepare to enter their careers.

Every year, we organize outreach drives to give back to the communities that support us. Our team shows up not because it's required, but because we believe that a better industry starts with a better community.
From feeding programs and donations for orphanages and homes for the elderly, to distributing school supplies for elementary students, joining Brigada Eskwela clean-up drives, and extending aid to calamity victims — we are committed to showing up for our community, year after year.
